Account Deletion – RECIGAR
This page provides you with information on how to delete your account and your personal data related to the RECIGAR application.
How to delete your account
Through the application (recommended method)
You can delete your account directly through the application:
- Open the RECIGAR application.
- Go to the ‘Settings’ tab from the home screen.
- Select ‘Account details’.
- Press the ‘Delete account’ option.
- Confirm the deletion via the confirmation button (a short wait is required before the button is activated, to avoid unintentional deletion).
The deletion is final and irreversible. All personal data is deleted from our systems.
By email (alternative)
If you do not have access to the application, you can request the deletion of your account by sending an email to: recigar@uni-pharma.gr
In your message, please include:
- The email you use in the application
- Explicit request for permanent deletion of account and data
Your request will be processed within 7 business days.
What data is deleted
By permanently deleting your account, the following are removed from our systems:
- Your profile information (name, email, etc.)
- Application usage data
- Notes, statistics and personalized settings
What data may be retained
- Anonymous, non-identifiable statistical data for application improvement purposes
- Data that is required to be retained for legal or accounting reasons, up to 6 months, in accordance with applicable legislation
